Getting here and parking
Ear Care Lab is on Uxbridge Road in West Ealing, inside the InHealth Community Diagnostic Centre at Lovelace House. We are on the A4020, next to Dreams and underneath The Gym. This is West Ealing, W13, not Uxbridge town.
By train. West Ealing station is on the Elizabeth line, roughly a five minute walk. Ealing Broadway is about three quarters of a mile away.
By bus. Routes 207, 483 and E11 stop at Broughton Road, directly outside. Routes E2, E7 and E8 stop at Dane Road, two minutes away.
By car. There is limited free parking in InHealth’s car park at the rear of the building, accessed via Broughton Road, on a first come, first served basis. Please register your vehicle at the InHealth reception desk when you arrive.

Booking an appointment
Microsuction ear wax removal is by appointment. You can book online at any time, or call us during opening hours.
Appointments are £75 for one or both ears, adults and children alike. Most take 15 to 30 minutes and treat both ears, and there is no need to use drops beforehand. Same-day appointments are often available, including for emergency ear wax removal.
If you are not sure whether microsuction is what you need, book a medical consultation instead. We will examine your ears and advise you on the right treatment. Our team are all GPs with a specialist interest in ENT, so we can diagnose and treat other ear problems at the same visit.
