I had an appointment booked with only 24 hours notice, paid £105 for a consultation and micro suction. On arrival I was greeted with smiling faces, all the staff are very friendly. Olivia was my specialist and she done an outstanding job in explaining and answering any questions I had. The procedure took just under 20 minutes and it felt good. Almost like scratching an itch you couldn’t reach yourself. Very polite, formal and easy going. Was credited back some of my fee as I didn’t need the full consultation as per my specialist, didn’t need to Would most definitely recommend Olivia and Ear Care Lab to anyone.

Thank you so much Ear Care Lab, incredible service. Highly recommend. I was having issues with hearing in my ear right ear and so booked an ordinary microsuction appointment. However, it turned out that my ears were more blocked than I had realised and despite Dr Moyes’s best efforts, she was not able to remove all the wax. As I left without having clear ears, Ear Care Lab offered me an urgent appointment – at no additional cost– with Dr Fragoyannis outside his usual working hours to accommodate me; I really could not have asked for better patient care. Following an excellent appointment with Dr Fragoyannis yesterday, my ear wax and now my hearing issues have been completely resolved. I’m hearing better than ever now with no discomfort. Took my 3 year old son to get his ear wax removed. It has been building up since the last two years and he’s been suffering with ear pain and irritation since then. Dr Alex was excellent! My child didn’t even feel the wax being removed. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service – I went to get my ears cleaned ("vacuumed") and Dr Ashraf was wonderful. She carefully took the time to explain the process, what she was going to do and whether I had any questions. The whole process went very smoothly and I came out with unblocked ears at the end. Highly recommended!

Dr Dina Ashraf – what a lovely and humble doctor , I had microsuction , omg what a relief!! My ears were completely blocked , it gradually got blocked because I’ve had issues with wax for years , this time round I couldn’t hear. I tried olive oil it didn’t work , I couldn’t even work or hear my colleagues or communicate , i knew I had to get microsuction , I looked across the whole of London , I found Dr Dina Ashraf who holds a lot of positive feedback from many patients , I suffer from anxiety , when I went to see Dr Dina Ashraf i was put at ease straight away Dr Dina is literally the best , she’s so friendly and easy to get on with , the whole thing was over in minutes I saw what came out of my ears too it was compacted with wax !!I’m so grateful to Dr for restoring my hearing back , she’s done a fantastic job with my ears ,thank you very much ! My son had an ear appointment with Dr Fragoyannis and we were very happy with the whole procedure. Didn’t have to wait, he was very welcoming and talked through the process with my son and made him feel at ease.

I had an ear wax removal with Dr. Alex Fragoyannis. He explained everything in great detail and the procedure was smooth and gentle.

Only complaint was having been instructed to check in on the screen, it told me unaware of my existence! The Dr was very informative, relaxed ,explained the procedure very well and what to expect. He answered all my questions very professionally and left me feeing confident to recommend and return.
